Our Bison formula (with beef bone and organs) contains extra lean muscle trim, hearts, livers, and kidneys sourced from Canadian farms. The Bison are pasture fed, live in open ranges, and contain no antibiotics or hormones.
Bison mince is a good source of various minerals and is nutrient-dense because of the proportion of protein, fat, minerals, and vitamins compared to its caloric value. It is lower in sodium, higher in iron, and moderate in zinc compared to other domestic meats. Bison meat is ideal for a lower-fat diet and is the perfect alternative to other red meats.
